Located in the heart of the centre of town, our flats offer a tranquil retreat from the noise of the city. At the foot of the castle, you can enjoy the sounds of nature through the windows of a home that blends history with design.
We are committed to the environment and sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and green building systems to minimise consumption. Recycling is also mandatory for all guests, with designated bins provided in each flat.
Each flat has purified drinking water thanks to a comprehensive filtration and softening system installed throughout the building. Enjoy the pleasure of drinking a glass of water straight from the tap.
Casaorti does not have a lift as it is a 20th-century building

Each flat is a designer project and many of the objects you will find in it can be purchased.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following rules:
- - Care of rooms: The flats are finished with delicate, high-quality materials. Please treat them with the utmost care during your stay.
- - Adults and teenagers: Our flats are reserved for adults and teenagers from 12 years of age.
- - Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- - Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the building

- - Arrival time: 4pm - 8pm
- - Departure time: 10am
- - Opening period: We are open all year round.
- - Self check-in: Self check-in is available by using the information provided with your booking confirmation.

- - There is no lift.
Parking
As it is located in a narrow street in the centre of town, we strongly advise you not to reach the property by car as there are traffic restrictions in the area. There are several car parks near the centre of town. Upon request, we can provide you with a free parking permit for the entire town of Arco.
If you require parking services, we offer a private covered car park 250 metres from the property, available on request at a daily rate of €10.
